Several years ago, I made the leap from Los Angeles to the serene beauty of Joshua Tree with my wife and young child. As both an agent and real estate developer, I’ve handled many aspects of real estate, including new construction, permitting, vacant land, distressed properties, probates, and residential sales in both metropolitan and rural areas.
